DIY (Do It Yourself)

Our Do It Yourself service level offers you the greatest amount of autonomy, self-agency, and freedom; as such, it’s accompanied by the most affordable pricing structures. With this option, SAVE The DATE, LLC EVENTS educates the event-planner-in-training and equips you with the tools and information you’ll need to manage your own event through a series of workshops and consultation sessions. Workshops cover such topics as picking a venue, designing the décor, making a schedule, creating a layout, working with vendors, and more. You’ll come away from your group trainings and individual meetings feeling infused with newfound skills, fully informed about the process, and ready to proceed with your planning. This service tier is available in three options, all of which include day-of assistance:

SILVER PACKAGE:

This is most robust DIY option and includes the following:

  • 3 Workshops (small-group training classes offered once per month during regular business hours )
  • 1 Hour-Long Details Meeting with Your Day-of Director (to be assigned to you 2 months prior to event date)
  • 1 Associate Director & 1 Junior Assistant on the Day of Your Event for up to 7.5 Hours

available at rate of $200 per hour.

WHITE PACKAGE:

This mid-level DIY option is ideal for the party planner who’s got things very well in hand but would still like a helping hand:

  • 1 Hour-Long Pre-Event Prep Phone Meeting with Senior Planning Director
  • Copy of SAVE The DATE, LLC EVENTS’s Do-It-Yourself-with-Help Planning Guidebook
  • 1 90-Minute Details Meeting with a Lead Associate
  • 2 Day-of Associates at Your Event for up to 7.5 Hours (assigned 4 weeks prior to event date)

available at rate of $200 per hour. Additional day-of hours are also available at $150 per hour.

PURPLE PACKAGE:

We call this our “practical planning” option because it offers you a pick-and-choose menu from which you can select only what you want, when you want it, at a fixed price per service:

  • 1 Hour-Long Planning Meeting with SAVE The DATE, LLC EVENTS’s Founder & Senior Planning Director: $300
  • 1 Hour-Long Planning Meeting with Senior Planning Director: $225
  • Individual Workshops: $30 per person or $55 per family/group of 3 (plus $10 donation to the Brain Aneurysm Foundation)
  • Month-of Organization Consultations: Starting at $800 (depending on scope of work)
  • In-Person or Skype Consult 1 Week Prior to Event: $75 per hour
  • Full-Event Day-of Assistance: $50 per hour (for Junior Assistants, catering staff, cleaning staff, etc.)*
  • By-the-Hour Event Setup and/or Breakdown: $125 for first hour, $50 per hour thereafter*
