Zoe has been with SAVE The DATE, LLC Events since early 2023 as an assistant. She works with clients to assist them with day-of responsibilities, making sure their event runs smoothly and is special and unforgettable.
Zoe has been working in the hospitality industry since 2021 and currently works with CBRE planning corporate events.

Senior Planning Director
15+ years of professional event planning experience
Certified Event Planner with extensive experience guiding clients through complex celebrations. Senior Planning Directors provide advanced planning expertise, creative problem-solving, vendor guidance, and personalized support from beginning to end.
Associate Planning Director
5+ years of professional event planning experience
Experienced planners who provide personalized planning support, organization, vendor guidance, and ongoing assistance throughout the planning process while following SAVE The DATE's proven planning philosophy.
Senior Event Director
15+ years of professional event directing experience
Certified Event Planner, CPR Certified, and highly experienced in directing weddings, mitzvahs, corporate events, and celebrations. Experienced in making confident on-site decisions, adapting to changing situations, coordinating vendors, and resolving unexpected challenges while ensuring every event runs smoothly.
Associate Event Director
5+ years of professional event directing experience
Experienced event professionals who have completed extensive SAVE The DATE training and successfully directed numerous events. Associate Event Directors execute the event plan, coordinate vendors, manage timelines, and ensure every detail is carried out according to the client's wishes and company standards.
Event Assistant
Event Assistants support our Event Directors by assisting with setup, organization, décor placement, guest services, timelines, and behind-the-scenes logistics throughout the event, helping every celebration run smoothly.
Party Support Team
1+ year of event experience
Our Party Support Team provides additional hands-on assistance with client-directed responsibilities such as décor setup, candy and dessert stations, activity stations, children's supervision, welcome tables, registration, gift management, and other pre-planned event tasks. They work under the direction of the Event Director to help bring the client's vision to life.
