Limited Consulting Package Options

As we prepare you to progress through all the planning stages of your event, you’ll receive personalized one-on-one guidance from SAVE The DATE, LLC EVENT planners who will co-manage all the details of your event with you.  Based on your needs and which package you chose our involvement can include vendor contacts, budgeting, ordering invitations and favors, room layout, and everything in between. You’ll have ample day-of assistance options, and for all the months, weeks, and days leading up to your special occasion, we’ll be on hand and on call to help you smoothly and skillfully pilot the project.  In the process, we assist instead of take over. We facilitate instead of direct. We collaborate instead of control. That’s what makes us different than most party planners, that’s what makes us more customized than most party planners, and that’s what makes us more affordable than most party planners.

Gold Package 

This is our most robust “WSH”  option and includes the following:

  • Four 1.5 hour pre-event planning meetings
  • 1 Hour-Long Details Meeting with your Day-of-Director (to be assigned  3 months prior to event)
  • Senior Director for “Day Of” event direction for up to 7.5 hours
  • One Assistant to your “Day Of” Associate for up to 7.5 hours
  • Silver package Workshops and Online education
  • Planning Binder

SILVER PACKAGE:

This is our robust DIY option and includes the following:

  • Planning Workshops(small-group training classes offered once per month during regular business hours )
  • Online Classes
  • 1 Hour-Long Prep Meeting
  • 1 90 minute expert workshop follow up meeting 
  • 1 Hour-Long Details Meeting with Your “Day Of” Junior Director (assigned to you 2 months prior to event date)
  • 1 Junior Director & 1 Assistant on the “Day Of” Your Event for up to 7.5 Hours

WHITE PACKAGE:

This mid-level DIY option is ideal for the party planner who’s got things very well in hand but would still like a helping hand:

  • 1 Hour-Long Pre-Event Prep Phone Meeting with Senior Planning Director
  • 1 Hour-Long Details Meeting with your “Day Of” Junior Director (assigned 4 weeks prior to event date)
  • 1 Junior Director and assistant at Your Event for up to 7.5 Hours

PURPLE PACKAGE:

We call this our “practical planning” option because it offers you a pick-and-choose menu from which you can select only what you want, when you want it, at a fixed price per service:

  • 1 Hour-Long Planning Meeting with SAVE The DATE, LLC EVENTS’s Founder & Senior Planning Director: Cara Weiss $300
  • 1 Hour-Long Planning Meeting with SAVE The DATE, LLC EVENTS’s Senior Planning Director: $225
  • Individual Workshops: $50 per person or $100 per family/group of 3 (plus $10 donation to the Brain Aneurysm Foundation)
  • Month-of Organization Consultations: Starting at $800 (depending on scope of work)
  • Party Support Staff: $50 per hour (for Junior Assistants, catering staff, cleaning staff, etc.)*
  • By-the-Hour Event Setup and/or Breakdown: $125 for first hour, $50 per hour thereafter*
