PLATINUM PACKAGE

Unlimited Senior Planning, Vendor Contact and Organizing theme, site visit, lay-out designs, schedules and more - Day Of Senior Director & Assistant
  • Senior Planner for all pre-event planning services
  • Senior Director for day of event direction for up to 8 hours
    • (Senior Director TBD 3 months prior to event date, Introduced by phone)
    • Includes 1.5 hour details meeting up to 2 weeks prior to event with Director and Planner
    • (Add $1,000.00 for guarantee of Cara Weiss day of and/or $300 for Cara as Planner))
    • (Add $500.00 for guarantee of Christine Ash day of)
  • One Assistant to your Day Of Associate for up to 8 hours
  • Planning Guide Book and Binder
  • Additional day of hours as needed will be billed at the discounted hourly rate of $150.00 per hour (rehearsal,other events)

Five 1.5 Hour Planning Meetings, Classes + Day Of Senior Director & Assistant

    • Planning based on client’s needs to be determined at first meeting

WHITE PACKAGE

  • One, 1 hour Preparation Consultation with Planning Director
    • DIY Mitzvah Planning documents provided at this time
  • One, 1 hour workshop (only when available) OR 1 30 min phone prep meeting
  • One, 1 hour Final Details meeting with Junior Associate Director up to 2 weeks prior to event
    • Materials prepared by client and reviewed at meeting
  • 1 Junior Associate Director and assistant for up to 7.5 hours at event
    • (Associate Director TBD 1 month prior to event date)
  • Additional meetings, site visits, emails, calls, day of hours will be billed at the hourly rate of $250.00 per hour
    • Email/Phone Communication will be billed on 15 minute minimum increments
  • Upgrade to Senior Associate Director option $250.00-$500 (TBD 2 month prior to events)
  • Additional $300 flat fee for Government Holiday weekends

  • All planning rates are based on events within 35 miles of our Potomac, MD office
    • optional upcharge outside of the 35 mile DMV radius of our Potomac, MD office
  • All Day of Contracts are based on arrival 2 hours before event and up to one hour after
  • Office, preparation and virtual assistant needs - $55.00 per hour
    • Stuffing, shopping, prepping, Go-For Prep work
    • Attending vendor meetings (included in full package as needed)
    • Scheduling activities for out of town guests
    • Creating and delivering out of town welcome packages
    • Assembling and mailing
    • Managing guest lists and RSVPs and room blocks


We strive to get your specified planning needs accomplished in the amount of time contracted In the event we cannot, additional meetings will be billed at the contracted discounted rate

What Does Planning Include?
